Client Data: We collect contact information and technical credentials necessary to perform infrastructure engineering and ELT/ETL (Extract, Load, Transform) services.
System Logs: During the course of service, we may access system logs or metadata to monitor performance, troubleshoot infrastructure, or optimize data pipelines.
Processing: Data processed via ETL functions is handled according to specific client Master Service Agreements (MSAs). We do not own the data being transformed; we act as a processor.

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell or lease client data. Data may be shared with sub-processors (e.g., cloud service providers like AWS) only as required to maintain the client's infrastructure or execute data workflows.
